This training workshop is for Girl Scout Seniors or Ambassadors who
are interested in beginning their Gold Award. All Girl Scouts are
eligible to earn this prestigious award, regardless if they earned the
Silver Award as a Cadette. Please note that this is an expanded
version of the required Gold Award training, therefore, if a Girl
Scout attends this workshop, they will not have to attend additional
training. Participants will learn the seven steps necessary to
complete their Gold Award project, hear from Gold Award Alum, meet
members of the Gold Award committee, and begin working in the GoGold
website.
Since this workshop is provided for Senior and
Ambassador Girl Scouts, we welcome interested caregivers and troop
leaders to attend a shorter Gold Award training session provided
throughout the year.
