The Brownie Bundle is a complementary program available for 2nd and 3rd grade Brownie troops within the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Council. Leaders who register for the program will receive a Brownie Bundle box in the mail each month (during the school year) with resources needed to hold an engaging troop meeting focusing on earning a Brownie badge. Each box includes step-by-step meeting instructions and activity supplies for each Brownie registered with Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri.

You will need to first renew your membership through your myGS account.
Once you have renewed your membership in myGS, stay logged in and simply click the link below. This will allow you to register for the Brownie Bundle program just as you would any other program we offer. (Please note that this is a complimentary program but the system will still ask you to click ‘credit card’ when checking out. No card number will be required!)
During registration, you will be asked to indicate how many Brownies you anticipate being in your troop this fall. You will choose from a range, and we will supply you with enough supplies for the higher end of that range. For example, if you expect 10 Brownies next year, you will select the range of 10-12 and your box will include supplies for 12 Brownies. This will allow your troop to accommodate any new Brownies that join before your first troop meeting! (Please note that we only provide supplies Girl Scouts in the Brownie level.)
Registration must be completed by July 1, 2026 in order for your troop to receive the first box in time for September meetings!

Each year through the Brownie Bundle program, Brownies can earn badges from all 4 pillars: STEM, Outdoors, Life Skills, and Entrepreneurship. Troops may purchase the badges earned in our council’s shop or online here.

Who is eligible to participate in the Brownie Bundle program?

All Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Brownie troops are eligible to receive a Brownie Bundle each month if they meet the following eligibility requirements:

Troops must maintain 5+ registered Brownies to continue to participate in the Brownie Bundle program.
The troop must have a registered leader, assistant leader or other adult who have a successful background check.
If leadership has changed, new leader training should be completed online in gsLearn under MyGS within 30 days.

For multi-level troops to participate, troops must have a minimum of 5 registered Brownies. If troops have 5 registered Daisies, they can register to receive the Daisy Drop Box as well! Troops will need to sign up for each program individually.

Each month, leaders can expect a Brownie Bundle full of adventure.

Brownie troops registered by July 1 will begin receiving Brownie Bundles in August - in time for their first meeting in September. In each box you can expect to find:

Step-by-step meeting instructions to earn that month’s badge
- Includes Girl-Led opportunities to develop leadership skills
- Field trip ideas that correlate with the badge earned
- Complimentary badge ideas for Brownies to work on – some troops meet more than once a month and we provide an example of badge they can earn with a similar theme
- Additional optional activities for when troops may have a little extra time in their meetings
Meeting supplies
At least one take-home item for each Brownie
- This may include a craft, SWAPS, or other item from the lesson
Lyric sheets
- These are printed separately each month so leaders can make a songbook for their troop to take to camp or other outing

How much does this program cost?

The Brownie Bundle program is a complimentary program available to all Brownie troops within the Eastern Missouri Council! The only thing we ask of our troop leaders to help support the program, is to provide feedback through our online survey monthly after each box is used.

Are badges provided in the Brownie Bundle boxes?

The badges earned are available for purchase in our council’s Girl Scout Shop or online. They are not included in the boxes.

If we participated in Daisy Drop Box, do we have to register for the Brownie Bundle program?

Yes! Registration is required each year. This helps us keep a firm count on how many Girl Scouts we are servicing with this program.

Is it possible to change the order of boxes?

Troops that register for Brownie Bundle will receive a schedule. It is not possible to change the order of the monthly boxes.

How will my box include supplies for all my registered Brownies if more Brownies join my troop later in the year?

After October 1, boxes will be packed according to the number of Girl Scouts registered to each troop. Please ensure that all Girl Scouts are registered to your troop by that date in order to receive the correct amount of supplies.

Can multi-level troops participate in Brownie Bundle?

Multi-level troops with girls of varying ages who are in different Girl Scout levels can participate in the Brownie Bundle program when they have 5+ registered Brownies and extra adult volunteers to assist them. We only provide the Brownie portion of the troop with instructions and activity supplies through Brownie Bundle.

Do troops forming later in the year receive the entire schedule of Brownie Bundle?

If they join in October, they will receive the December box. We will not send out any missed boxes. Please refer to the Brownie Bundle 2025-2026 Schedule for more details.

How many supplies will be in my first box?

Troops will register for the program with the range of Brownies they expect to be in their troop. For example, if you expect 10 Brownies next year, you will select the range of 10-12 and your box will include supplies for 12 Brownies for your first meeting!

How can leaders give feedback?

We rely on our leaders to make it a priority to complete the short online Brownie Bundle survey about each box their troop uses. This feedback is used to make changes, providing the best experience for our leaders and Brownies. Completion of the survey also lets us know the troop is actively using the boxes provided in our complimentary program.

How is information communicated?

We use a private online platform, Rallyhood, to communicate important information with our Brownie Bundle leaders. An email invitation to join our Brownie Bundle Rally is sent to leaders after they register for the program.
