How much does this program cost?
- The Brownie Bundle program is a complimentary program available to all Brownie troops within the Eastern Missouri Council! The only thing we ask of our troop leaders to help support the program, is to provide feedback through our online survey monthly after each box is used.
Are badges provided in the Brownie Bundle boxes?
- The badges and journeys earned are available for purchase in our council’s Girl Scout Shop or online. They are not included in the boxes.
If we participated in Daisy Drop Box, do we have to register for the Brownie Bundle program?
- Yes! Registration is required each year. This helps us keep a firm count on how many Girl Scouts we are servicing with this program.
Is it possible to change the order of boxes?
- Troops that register for Brownie Bundle will receive a schedule. It is not possible to change the order of the monthly boxes.
How will my box include supplies for all my registered Brownies if more Brownies join my troop later in the year?
- After October 1, boxes will be packed according to the number of girl scouts registered to each troop. Please ensure that all girl scouts are registered to your troop by that date in order to receive the correct amount of supplies.
Can multi-level troops participate in Brownie Bundle?
- Multi-level troops with girls of varying ages who are in different Girl Scout levels can participate in the Brownie Bundle program when they have 5+ registered Brownies and extra adult volunteers to assist them. We only provide the Brownie portion of the troop with instructions and activity supplies through Brownie Bundle.
Do troops forming later in the year receive the entire schedule of Brownie Bundle?
- If they join in October, they will receive the December box. We will not send out any missed boxes. Please refer to the Brownie Bundle 2024-2025 Schedule for more details.
How many supplies will be in my first box?
- Troops will register for the program with the range of Brownies they expect to be in their troop. For example, if you expect 6 girls, you would register for the 5-10 girls range. In the September box, you will receive enough supplies for 10 Brownies.
How can leaders give feedback?
- We rely on our leaders to make it a priority to complete the short online Brownie Bundle survey about each box their troop uses. This feedback is used to make changes, providing the best experience for our leaders and Brownies. Completion of the survey also lets us know the troop is actively using the boxes provided in our complimentary program.
How is information communicated?
- We use a private online platform, Rallyhood, to communicate important information with our Brownie Bundle leaders. An email invitation to join our Brownie Bundle Rally is sent to leaders after they register for the program.
