School of Rock

School of Rock is a performance based music school inspiring the world to rock through immersive band rehearsals, private lessons and ultimately live concerts at real rock venues in Saint Louis. As part of our Girl Scout music program, we will teach girls how to recognize through ear training the different instruments and their role in a rock band; as well as give them experience on the instrument of their choice. We instruct guitar, bass, drums, keys and vocals at our school, and this music course gives students insight into how each instruments works. During this 1.5 hour course we will demonstrate each instrument and give each student a chance to play live on a stage!
