Lights, camera, action! With the right tools and some guidance, there’s no limit to what a Girl Scout can do. Joining the Media Team gives girls the opportunity to share their Girl Scout pride while learning the art of great storytelling.
Media Team members serve as the official faces and voices of Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri. As a reporter, you’ll write news and feature stories, interview people about fun and fascinating topics, and direct photoshoots to help tell the story in images. You’ll record audio and speak in front of the camera. Then you’ll share the stories in one or more forms of broadcast media and see yourself in print, online and on the air.

Once applications have been received, the Council will send a welcome packet and special patch with more information.
