Women’s Leadership Network
The Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) of Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri is a dynamic community of professionals, alumnae, volunteers, and supporters committed to advancing girls and women through leadership and service.
WLN is proudly led by Co-Chairs Crystal Barker and Sheila Bast, whose leadership and vision are guiding the Network into an exciting new chapter of connection and impact.

Connecting individuals and the community through mentorship, networking, and advocacy—ensuring every girl can experience the Girl Scout Leadership Mission with courage, confidence, and character.
