During this program, Girl Scouts will explore handling challenges with empathy, courage, and respect. Through fun team activities, real-life scenarios, and creative problem-solving games, Cadettes will learn how to communicate effectively, listen with understanding, and resolve conflicts peacefully. By the end, they'll gain practical tools to build stronger friendships, create harmony, and lead with kindness. Girl Scouts will earn their Common Ground Badge.
