To request uniform assistance, a parent or guardian must complete the application and mail to Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Service Center at 2300 Ball Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146.
Once received and accepted, the parent or guardian will be notified via email and can redeem in person at the Girl Scout Shop or can request the items to be mailed.
The assistance notification email will be valid for 60 days after the award is made. If the parent or guardian chooses the mail option, they will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
