Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, and Seniors are all welcome to participate in our classes, with the opportunity to earn a badge upon completion of the course. The cost of the class includes the badge. Our classes are crafted to blend enjoyment with education, typically lasting between an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the badge requirements.
Dates and times for sessions are tailored to accommodate individual troop schedules. For scheduling inquiries and session arrangements, please reach out to Jenny.
We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to share our knowledge and passion for pet care with your troop.

Group Sewing Lessons/ Project Sewing
For the Girl Scouts we have developed a program called "Sewing the Seeds of Kindness"
Participants will sew a quilted flower (or collage flower). This program will be tailored to the badge where applicable.
The flowers will be "planted" in a public place for someone to find. A tag on the flower will direct the finder to a webpage, where they can submit a picture of the flower they found.
Any Girl Scout or troop is welcome to the Studio for just a fun outing as well, even if it is not for a badge.
Self-Guided Tours: A visit to The Magic House and The Magic House, MADE for Kids can meet many badge requirements for Daisy, Brownie and Junior Girl Scouts. STEM, art and civics experiences are all highlighted in our self-guided badge booklets for Daisy, Brownie and Junior Girl Scouts, available onsite.
Girl Scout Private STEAM Center Rentals: Before The Magic House opens, Girl Scout Troop can rent the entire STEAM Center (Science Lab, Art Studio, Make-it Workshop and Future Play) for one hour of exclusive exploration. Price includes the opportunity to stay and play during public hours after the Museum opens to the public. (Offered at The Magic House, St. Louis Children's Museum)
Girl Scout Badge Workshops: During this one-hour workshop, Magic House staff will lead scouts through a series of activities to meet specific badge requirements. All materials and supplies will be provided.
Available September through May
(Offered at both locations)
Girl Scout Camp-Ins: Scouts are invited to troop over to The Magic House for their next camping adventure! On select evenings, scouts can camp in the great indoors and have The Magic House all to themselves as they explore the Museum after dark, take part in fun activities, sleep “under the exhibits” and more!
Participants will enjoy an evening snack, a light breakfast and receive a special Magic House Camp-In patch.
