Fall Product

Our Girl Scout Fall Product Program is a fun, easy way for troops to earn funds earlier in the year to pay for their activities, service projects, supplies and trips.

Last year, our troops averaged $202 in proceeds from Fall Product Program, with some troops earning more than $1,700

Girls develop leadership and business knowledge through hands-on experience with goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics.

In addition to earning troop proceeds, girls and troops can earn special rewards during Fall Product Program (See all of the 2016 rewards, including the new 200+ nut/candy level and top troop rewards). This year, girls can earn two personalized patches that display the Girl Scout look alike (avatar) they create online.

Girls can't wait to participate in Fall Product Program, so they can begin earning the adorable personalized patch that will show their avatar celebrating 100 years of Girl Scouts selling cookies in 2017!

Fall Product Program

The 5 Skills:
The Fall Product Sale teaches Girl Scouts 5 core skills to grow into leaders in their own life, in business and in the world.

Online Learning:
For online learning activities designed to enhance the troop program activity pieces, click here!

Goal Setting:
Setting goals is the key to a successful sale. Troops and girls who set goals earn big. Talk about what your plans are for the fall and what the funding would be needed to make it happen.

The Fall Product Sale Program is managed in the Nut-e web based system by Troop, Service Unit and Association volunteers. It is also the system used by council to order product as well as rewards. The Service Unit Fall Product Chair will be sure the troop is provided login information. Registered girls' names will be uploaded prior to the sale start date though newly registered girls can be easily added as they join your troop. Use the links below for the Troop Nut-e User manual (which is also accessible from within the system); the web link address for Nut-e as well as specifics on troop deposit procedures.

They shop from an expanded selection of candies and nuts, not available on the order card—new Mocha Cups, Almond Cran-Orange Crunch, Honey Mustard Pretzel Mix, Chocolate Covered Raisins, Caramel Treasures, Chocolate Covered Peanuts, Gourmet Caramel Corn with Almonds and Pecans, Jumbo Cashews, Pistachios, Macadamias, Salsa Mix and a gift pack—as well as new and renews subscriptions to many popular magazines and national newspapers.

New this year: Girls reaching the program goals for the Fall Product Sale Program and the Cookie Sale Program will earn the Limited Edition 100 years of Girl Scouts selling cookies patch that will have their avatar on it.

Community Service

During Fall Product Program, troops can choose to participate in the community service option, Project Thank You. Every $5 donation from customers provides one can of nuts or candy to U.S. military members through the USO of Missouri. Last year, more than 5,500 cans of nuts and candy were donated as a "taste of home" via Project Thank You.

Thanksgiving Parade Contest
The twelve girls with the highest total Fall Product Program sales October 8-23, 2016 in the Nut-E software will get to ride the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri float in the televised Christmas Parade in downtown St. Louis on Thanksgiving Day, Thurs., Nov. 24. This will kick off our celebration of the 100th anniversary of Girl Scouts selling cookies in 2017! Winners will be contacted by Product Programs in early Nov. with details.
