Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri is pleased to announce Kelly Daleen as its new Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, effective Monday, January 18. Selected from a large candidate pool, Daleen will oversee internal and external communications, digital media, publications, and public relations for the organization as it continues to develop today’s girls into tomorrow’s leaders.
Daleen brings a wealth of experience to her new role with vast success leading organizations to develop and deliver unique marketing strategies and positive brand experiences. Her previous work with global and national companies includes strategic planning, marketing plan development and execution, customer service and process building and large-scale project management.
“I am absolutely overjoyed to be joining this respected organization, dedicated to building girls of courage, confidence and character,” said Daleen. “I look forward to partnering with the talented team at Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri and continuing to build upon the distinguished brand. I am excited about the important work ahead with an organization that has such a positive impact on our community.”
Daleen’s creativity and leadership will help ensure strategic brand efforts align with Girl Scouts’ mission, support membership growth, and reinforce the delivery of enhanced girl, parent, volunteer, and alum experiences.

Daleen resides in the St. Louis area with her husband, their two children and three dogs.
