Instructions:

1. Download Troop Cookie Manager Fix
2. Download the file, save it to your desktop and double click the file to run the fix (or just run it from the web page instead of saving it)
3. Click "Install"
4. A message will appear instructing you to "Please make sure the cookie software is not running". If you have the cookie software open, close it before clicking OK
5. The computer will search for the file that needs to be replaced
6. When it finds the file a message will appear asking if you want to replace the file it has found. Click "Yes"
7. When the file is replaced the black screen should say "Completed"
8. Close the black screen
9. Open Troop Cookie Manager 2008. The Main screen should now say "Troop Cookie Manager 2008"

1. Download Neighborhood Cookie Manager Fix
2. Download the file, save it to your desktop and double click the file to run the fix (or just run it from the web page instead of saving it)
3. The Neighborhood Cookie 2008 mde Replacer Setup screen will appear
4. Click "Install"
5. A message will appear instructing you to "Please make sure the cookie software is not running". If you have the cookie software open, close it before clicking OK
6. The computer will search for the file that needs to be replaced
7. When it finds the file a message will appear asking if you want to replace the file it has found. Click "Yes"
8. When the file is replaced the black screen should say "Completed"
9. Close the black screen
10. Open Neighborhood Cookie Manager 2008. The Main screen should now say "Neighborhood Cookie Manager 2008"

Instructions:

1. Download the file to install MSJET40.dll
2. Double click the downloaded file and follow the on screen instructions to install the file.
3. Try installing the cookie software again.
