• Make sure the pop-up blocker is disengaged. The program will not work if the computer does not allow pop-ups.
• Putting check-marks in boxes: It is necessary to “light up” a box before you can place a checkmark in it. Moving the cursor around the border of the box will usually help you light up the box.
• Advancing to the next page: Many pages are structured so that it is not possible to move to the next page until the user has answered the questions and moved the cursor over the green checkmark to activate the pop-up. If you have answered the questions and activated the popup and you still cannot advance, try:
  • Giving it time. Some computers load videos slowly
  • Refreshing/reloading the page
  • Going back to the previous page, then moving forward again
  • If necessary, use the index on the left side of the page to advance to the next chapter, then page backward
  • If you are still having difficulty navigating this program, close the program and restart the computer. This will usually allow a problem to clear.
