Traci Moore Clay, Traci Moore Graphics
Traci is the Principal and Creative Director of Traci Moore Graphics where she collaborates with many local companies and non-profit organizations. In addition to being president of AIGA St. Louis, the professional association for design, Traci is a lecturer at the Sam Fox School of Design and Visual Arts at Washington University’s School of Art where she co-founded and developed WashUCity, a program through which Washington University students teach design to University City High School students.

Jennifer Williams, Saint Louis Cellars, Saint Louis Closet Co., 22 Company
Innovation, innovation, innovation. With the desire to better her surroundings while preserving the integrity and small town feel of the city, Jennifer is the founder of three Maplewood businesses. In 2007 she opened Saint Louis Cellars, a retail wine store that is located adjacent to Saint Louis Closet Co., her custom closet business that she founded in 1991. Additionally, Jennifer and her husband have been operating 22 Company, a property management firm, since 1996.

Lisa Bedian, City of St. Peters
Lisa is the Director of Community Relations for the City of St. Peters. In addition to teaching classes in sports marketing and public relations at Lindenwood University, Lisa marketed the 2004 Olympic Diving Trials which were held in St. Peters. She was also influential in helping St. Peters celebrate seven national cable television awards for government cable programming and helping St. Peters become recognized as one of the top 100 small cities to live in by Money magazine.

Cheryl Polk, United Way of Greater St. Louis
Cheryl is the first female to serve as Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Engagement Officer with the United Way of Greater St. Louis. With a commitment to go above and beyond to reach those in need, Cheryl passionately oversees and directs more than $68 million generated for health and human services in a 15 county area and the City of St. Louis.

Debbie Ziegler, Hannibal-LaGrange College
Debbie is Chair of the Math Department and Chair of the Division of Natural Science and Mathematics at Hannibal-LaGrange College. In addition to serving on the state task force for the Curriculum Alignment Initiative (which helped the Missouri Department of Education develop competencies for high school students entering college and for general education courses in college), Debbie has been influential in placing much needed math teachers in many Northeast Missouri middle and high schools.

Lesley Solinger Hoffarth, Missouri Department of Transportation
Lesley is the Project Director for The New I-64, the first Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Design-Build project and the largest MoDOT project ever. In her current position, Lesley has brought the region together as a team. By collaborating with the County, the City, Metro, and emergency responders, Lesley has the ability to solve problems while keeping everyone focused on the big goal: “Fix the road – NOW!”

Tracie Berry-McGhee, Imani Holistic Center and SistaKeeper Empowerment Center
As a Licensed Therapist and Spoken Word Artist, Tracie founded Imani Holistic Center and SistaKeeper Empowerment Center, a place of nurturing counseling within a holistic environment. She provides counseling services, uses spoken word to address life issues, and holds empowerment circles for young girls. Tracie utilizes poetry, music, and journaling to open hearts, free minds, and raise awareness about issues relevant to today’s girls.

Debby Watson, Barat Academy
Debby is President of Barat Academy, a private high school that offers single gender classes on a co-educational campus. Debby’s life has been dedicated to advocating for girl’s and women’s sports. Prior to launching Barat Academy in 2007, Debby was a physical education teacher, athletic director, and varsity hockey coach at Villa Duchesne-Oak Hill School.
  Technology
Brenda Newberry, The Newberry Group
Brenda is Chairman & Founder of The Newberry Group, a 100% employee-owned, nationally renowned IT Consulting and Staffing Firm which supports existing IT solutions, helps implement new solutions and provides temporary and/or full-time IT staff. She is a board member of Enterprise Bank (NASDAQ: EFCS) and The Laclede Group, Inc. (NYSE:LG) and has served as an adjunct professor at Washington University since 1987.
  The Sciences
Tracy W. Norfleet, MD, BJC Medical Group
Tracy is an Internal Medicine Physician with BJC Medical Group. After being displaced by Hurricane Katrina she moved to St. Louis to start a new life despite adversity. Dr. Norfleet’s commitment and genuine concern for those medically and financially underserved is embodied through her participation in numerous community health fairs, People’s Health Center public television programming, radio interviews as a physician expert, and serving as a guest speaker for Better Love Yourself (an organization serving young college bound men and women).
