camp scholarship

Imagine a place where you can learn how to ride a horse, discover your inner artist, develop peer leadership skills through outdoor activities, meet some of the region's top female CEOs, submerge yourself in a scuba adventure and explore the world of wacky science and engineering. Such a place does exist for girls ages 5 through 17—Girl Scout summer camp.

The benefits of camp are wonderful; however, the cost to attend is a hardship for many girls.

You can make a difference in a girl's life. In addition to subsidizing a portion of every camper's fee, Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri provides camp scholarships for girls whose families are unable to bear the cost of this amazing experience.

Help provide a wonderful summer experience for girls by simply making a gift to our local council. The need for financial assistance is great, but the funds run out well before the need is filled. Your gift will send a girl, who would not be able to attend, to camp for a fantastic adventure.
